Mr Abhishek Goyal is a Fellow member of ICSI and a law graduate. He is the sole proprietor of M/s Goyal Abhishek & Associates, a registered PCS firm with ICSI dealing in Income Tax and GST practice.

Prior to setting up his own practice in the field of Income Tax and GST, he worked as Senior Associate in Chir Amrit Law Chambers, Jaipur- a leading full service law firm of Rajasthan and looked after independently corporate law, income tax search cases, appeal proceedings, proceedings before settlement commission, merger and demerger, appearance before CIT(A) and ITAT, due diligence etc.

He has an experience of more than 13 years in the field of Corporate Law, Income Tax and GST. He is a Life Member of All India Federation of Tax Practitioners and also a member of the Chamber of Tax Consultants. He has to his credit 25 published articles to date on various tax matters in leading professional journals of India like Corporate Professionals Today, Taxmann.com, Goods and Services Tax Cases, ICSI Mysore Chapter e magazine, NIRC newsletter etc. Besides he is a panelist expert on CAclubindia.com in Income Tax and GST and has answered more than 2300 queries to date. He also served the profession in the capacity of a member of Research & Publications Committee, NIRC, ICSI and member, Editorial Board, NIRC newsletter for the term 2022-23. He runs a successful YouTube channel dedicated to tax awareness and knowledge namely The Tax Express.

He has a keen interest in law and is currently pursuing various academic pursuits like Diploma in Corporate Litigation, Diploma in US Corporate Law and Taxation and Diploma in International Business Law.
