CS Mitesh is a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds an MBA degree. He has over 13 years of experience as a Practicing Company Secretary. He is well-versed in all matters related to Company Law and ROC matters, compliance with Foreign Exchange Regulations, statutory reporting, Compliance Reports, and Corporate Governance. He has good exposure in maintaining secretarial records as prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013.

He looks after Project Funding, Equity Participation, Corporate & Legal Compliance Management, and Due Diligence of the Companies with respect to the Companies Act or any other laws or guidelines. He assists in the preparation and maintenance of Secretarial/Mandatory/statutory obligations & records. He has multi-faceted work experience in Initial Public Offerings (IPO) and possesses good drafting skills.
