CS Sandeep has experience of about 18 years as a practicing Company Secretary and about 3 years as Insolvency Professional. He is IBBI registered Insolvency Professional and member of ICSI IPA and Registered Valuer for Securities and Financial Assets and member of ICSI RVO . He is also empanelled as ICSI Peer Reviewer.

He has started his career as Company Secretary in Practice and has wide experience of handling the matters related to Companies Act, Secretarial Audit, Due Diligence Reports, XBRL (Extensible Business Reporting Language), NBFC & NHB Compliance and Registrations, IPO Planning and assistance, Direct Listing, Amalgamation, Merger, Demerger, Implementation of Internal Audit and Accounting System, System analysis and design, drafting and vetting of Agreements.

He has created his expertise in Restructuring of Companies, preparation and implementation of Resolution Plans, business disposals & takeovers and succession planning.

He is initiator and mentor of the website on Companies Act 2013 viz. www.thecompaniesact2013.com. He is regular speaker at ICSI and other professional bodies.

He has been the member of the Managing Committee of Jaipur Chapter of ICSI and held position of Secretary, Vice Chairman and Chairman.

He is also associated with Rotary Club and is the charter members of Rotary Club Jaipur Citizen and presently Secretary of Rotary Means Business (RMB) Jaipur Chapter.
